HDPE lining for new and old pipelines, with the purposes of rehabilitation, anti-corrosion and enhancing pipeline flowing capacity.
The HDPE liner has an original external diameter bigger than the internal diameter of pipeline to be lined, the liner diameter is then reduced with the help of diameter reduction equipment and then dragged into host pipeline. Once lined into host pipeline, HDPE liner will restore to its original size and fit closely to the internal surface of host pipeline. A steel-plastic composite structure is then created which can meet the requirements of anti-corrosion and holding operational pressure.
