The pipeline magnetic leakage corrosion imaging detection system is the latest pipeline corrosion rapid detection system launched by Eddyfi UK, which can be displayed and recorded in real time. The detection speed of the system is up to 1 m/s faster, and the detection rate of minor defects is higher.The system can be used for corrosion detection of ferromagnetic pipelines with an outer diameter of 50mm to plates and the inner and outer walls of containers.
B. Pipeline Internal Magnetic Flux Leakage Detection
Survey along the pipeline to be measured;
Place magnetic mark;
Pipeline cleaning and pigging, ensure pipeline circulation capability;
Detecting device calibration;
Release detecting device;
Ensure detecting device pass through each marking position along the pipeline;
Retrieve detecting device;
Collect the detection data from device;
Analyze detection data;
Determine excavation location.
